This Cookie Policy explains how Skyelight, operated by PLASTR LTD, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) across the Skyelight website, web application, browser extension, and embeddable feedback chip (together, the “Service”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. “Similar technologies” include browser local storage and session storage, which let a site or app save small amounts of data in your browser. We use the term “cookies” in this Policy to refer to all of these.
2. How we use them
Skyelight only uses cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Because these technologies are essential to features you ask for, they do not require consent under applicable law.

Some of these are set by our service providers on our behalf — in particular our identity provider, Clerk, sets the authentication cookies. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers we work with.
4. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage the same way. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and warn you before they are set. Please note that the cookies we use are essential: if you block them, you will not be able to sign in or use core parts of the Service.
Because we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals differently. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
