Agencies

Agencies lose margin on the hours spent chasing, translating and re-explaining feedback. Skyelight reduces those hours across every client you run.

The problem

At an agency, handling feedback is a cost. Every client gives it in their own way. Every project has a project manager stitching notes together. Every revision round includes a few hours that never make it onto an invoice.

Those hours come from:

  • Calls to clarify what the client meant.
  • Screenshots marked up and re-explained to the team.
  • Status emails nobody reads closely.
  • Scope debates over “we asked for that in March.”
  • Hand-offs where the next team starts from zero.

The work gets delivered, and the time spent on these tasks goes unbilled.

Where Skyelight fits

Every client follows the same process. They open the link, click the element and write a comment. Your team gets feedback in one format, pinned to the element, whoever sent it.

The Chrome extension works on any web page you can open in Chrome, so it fits whatever you’re delivering: a prototype, a staging build, a CMS site or a live launch.

Run every client the same way

  1. Give each client a workspace and each engagement a project. A workspace keeps each client’s people separate, and a project keeps each engagement’s threads and rules separate. More than one workspace requires the Team plan or higher.
  2. Invite the client as reviewers. They pin feedback on the work, with no markup tools or PDFs.
  3. Triage the threads: assign owners, defer out-of-scope requests to a later phase, and merge duplicates through a connected agent or the API.
  4. Connect a coding agent through the MCP server so it can work through routine changes and reply on each thread.
  5. At the end of a phase, have an agent read the project review. It returns every resolved thread, every deferred thread with its reason, and what’s still open, which the agent can write up as your wrap-up report.

Defer out-of-scope requests

Deferred threads are acknowledged and set aside. The client sees their request was heard, and you don’t have to do it this round. When phase two comes up, the deferred list is a starting point for the next proposal.

Save each client’s rules

Every client has preferences: “Never use the word cheap.” “Logo always on white.” Workspace owners and admins can save these as rules on the client’s project through a coding agent connected over MCP. Skyelight’s classifier reads them, and agents read them through the decision log.

What you get

  • Fewer unbilled hours on feedback logistics.
  • Fewer revision rounds, because specific feedback is easier to fix the first time.
  • Clients see progress on their threads, on the page.
  • Deferred threads become the starting list for the next phase.
  • Every decision is recorded in its thread, for the next team or the next contract.
